- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and cook the sliced beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry broccoli florets and onion slices in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil.
