- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside to cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into small crumbles. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat and let cool.
