  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 68 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons blackened seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness, season with olive oil and blackened seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on one side until dark amber.
  3. Flip chicken and reduce heat; add butter and garlic, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions; reserve some water before draining.
