  • 34 slices Turkey
  • 1 small green cabbage
  • 1/4 small red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook diced Turkey in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrot.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add half of the dressing to the cabbage mixture; mix well. Adjust dressing to taste.
  5. Gently fold in blue cheese and green onions.
  6. Top with crispy Turkey before serving.
