  • 1 pound baby bok choy, halved lengthwise

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  5. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
