  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and black pepper. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the Honey Garlic Sauce and stir until well mixed.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Once hot, add beef chops and pan-fry each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Move the chops to one side of the skillet, add remaining butter to the empty space, then sauté minced garlic for about 10 seconds. Pour in the Honey Garlic Sauce and cook until thickened.
  4. Spoon sauce over the beef chops, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
