- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled) (glaze)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon milk (glaze)
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
- Chill the dough for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare filling by mixing its ingredients until smooth.
