  • 2 Tablespoon cake flour (filling)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (glaze)
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled) (glaze)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon milk (glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
  3. Chill the dough for one hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare filling by mixing its ingredients until smooth.
  5. Scoop chilled dough, form wells, fill with filling, and seal with more dough.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool cookies before icing them with the prepared glaze.
