Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup hot wing sauce
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- Fresh pepper to taste
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Ranch dressing (optional)
- 2 heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the cooked chicken and ½ cup of water. Shred the chicken with two forks as it cooks until the water evaporates.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, then add butter and olive oil. Stir until melted and combined.
