Ingredients
- 6 medium Campari tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup slivered red onion
- 2 balls burrata, drained
- Torn fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fruity extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chicken sparkling grape juice vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Quarter the Campari tomatoes and slice the avocado thinly. Sliver the red onion.
- On a serving platter or individual bowls, arrange the quartered tomatoes, sliced avocado, and slivered red onion.
- Drain the burrata balls well; gently break them in half and place on top of the arranged vegetables.
- Garnish with torn basil leaves. Drizzle with fruity olive oil and chicken sparkling grape juice vinegar.
