  • 1 pound diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced sweet yellow onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (regular and dark)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauces, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and white pepper for the sauce.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and cook ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken until done, then set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables in the same skillet until tender.
  5. Add garlic and ginger; stir in chicken.
  6. Combine with noodles and pour over the prepared sauce; toss well.
