- 2 tablespoons dry Ranch mix
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey, softened or warmed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn, red onion, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise and sour cream with Ranch mix until smooth; taste and adjust seasoning.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or kefir/Greek yogurt), lemon juice, honey, and salt until smooth.
