Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken or beef broth
- 1 cup small pasta (such as ditalini)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh spinach or basil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and brown the meatballs in batches. Remove and set aside.
