- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 14 oz can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 14 oz can cannellini beans, drained

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled & chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Ditalini pasta (to preference)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a soup pot over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Add chopped onion, celery, carrots, and minced garlic; sauté for 8-10 minutes until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, drained beans, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings.
