  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add minced garlic and optional thyme, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute). Return steak bites to skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Cook shell pasta according to package instructions; drain. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until heated through. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked shell pasta in the creamy sauce and serve topped with steak bites and fresh parsley.
