  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
