  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into sticks about 1/3-inch wide.
  3. Soak the cut fries in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and dry the fries completely using a clean towel.
