- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, avocado, carrots, and green onions.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Top the salad mixture with sliced chicken and drizzle with dressing. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
