  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
