Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add diced onion, carrots, and celery; sauté for about 10 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Mix in flour and smoked paprika; stir for one minute.
- Pour in vegetable broth and add chopped broccoli; bring to a simmer.
