  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shortening

Instructions

  4. Roll out dough to about ½ inch thick on a floured surface; cut into egg shapes and freeze for one hour.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with shortening in the microwave in intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen egg into the melted chocolate; place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill for about 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
