Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow to cool completely.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth; gradually add sugar and vanilla extract. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined.
