  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Chicken broth (or water)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add chicken strips seasoned with Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
