  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Poke holes all over the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture evenly over it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Before serving, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake and garnish as desired.
