- 1 Box White Cake Mix
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
- 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
- 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 ounces Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Poke holes all over the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture evenly over it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
