  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups (376 g) Reese's pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat together unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and kosher salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces.
  6. Chill dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets and slightly flatten each ball.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
