- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

- Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture.
