- 7 ounces sweetened shredded coconut

- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box (14 ounces) crushed Nilla Wafer cookies
- 16 ounces Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, dulce de leche, sweetened condensed milk, and crushed Nilla Wafers. Mix until fully blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture onto the sheet, repeating until all the mixture is used. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper.
- Drizzle any remaining melted chocolate over the truffles using a small Ziploc bag for decoration.
