  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a deep dish baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, both sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the strawberries.
