Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook until transparent for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for another 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the cooked sago pearls and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside in a bowl of water.
