- 400g pasta
- 2 roasted corn cobs
- 3 green onions
- 1 shallot
- 2 jalapeños
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 cup cotija cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- Juice and zest of 1 lime

Instructions
