- 8 cups chopped lettuce

- 14 ounces firm tofu
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss tofu in this mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides (10-12 minutes).
- Whisk tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
